Bacopa is an attractive aquarium plant with stout round stems that stand vertical in water. The little ovate leaves are attached by short stems to the main stem for the whole length of the plant. It could be utilized most successfully if a couple of stems are planted together. It grows greatest at a temperature of about 68°F but will stand higher temperatures.
It could be propagated by cuttings, which will readily root.
